Battlefrog Miami!

This past weekend my CrossFit box all went as a team to conquer a Navy Seal inspired obstacle course race in Key Biscayne! It was a beautiful day and we had an awesome team with us. Everyone safely and successfully finished and a great time was had by all.

I love these types of events because people really come together to help each other out. Some people don’t think they will even be able to finish- and they do. There is always an awesome energy at these races and I love the more every time! I included some photos below.
