I’ll cut right to it:

All of the distracting and looking for external validation is NOT going to help you feel better about how you look- or who you are.

You know what I’m talking about.

  • Trying all the latest diets and workouts to get that #goalbody you have examples of plastered over your bathroom mirror
  • Overachieving to get a good job your worries will be solved
  • Filling your social calendar and throwing back drinks at happy hour to feel some sense of belonging

Meanwhile the diets and workouts aren’t giving you the body, your job isn’t really doing it for you either and you’re tired of  watered down vodka and feeling bloated.

But if you’re doing all the things that everyone says you “should” then what gives? WHY do you still feel like shit?

It’s maddening, frustrating and exhausting.

And you don’t have to do it one second longer.

I’m going to take you back to where it started for me, and that was hating what I saw every time I looked in the mirror.

I would judge every freaking INCH with malice.

It was toxic.

And so is living in a constant state of comparison, looking to others as the barometer you use to measure who you are.

Doing all of the workouts and eating all of the foods that you think you should in order to get the body of your dreams, only to be disappointed and even annoyed at the lack of results..

It’s frustrating AF! Here you are, trying your hardest and yet NOTHING is working.

If only you could wake up and not only accept how you look- but actually like and maybe even LOVE it…

That’s the stuff that dreams are made of.

To be confident in how you look: Game changing.

Then you could wear what you want, do the things you want, go on the vacations and to the pool parties and just finally feel good.

But up until now the diets, the workouts, the supplements- NOTHING has worked. So you’re probably wondering, “Is it even possible to love how I look?”

If this all sounds too familiar it’s because this is my story.

In case we haven’t met-  Hi! I’m Johnna.

I used to spend so much time on that d*am treadmill I hated, only to follow it up with another bland salad and STILL not have the body I wanted.

You name it- I tried it. The workouts from the magazines, the personal trainers, the diets (do you remember Atkins?), the supplements from diet pills to pre-workouts (which omg. at least 2 of them were outlawed by the FDA 🤦🏻‍♀️), the fat and weight loss procedures they do in medical spas- like EVERYTHING!

And spoiler alert: none of which EVER worked. Ever. So I did what anyone would do: I gave up.

I accepted defeat. I told myself that, “This is just life.” And for over a decade I just numbly moved through my days, all the while:

  • Not liking how I looked
  • Doing the workouts I didn’t really enjoy- but told myself I did
  • Eating the salads
  • Tracking calories
  • Not indulging in the foods I REALLY wanted because that would, “Put me over my calories for the day”
  • Not feeling good about how I looked
  • And repeat

Over and over and over for years.

It was frustrating. No matter what I did, nothing ever changed. I never felt better about how I looked. I felt hopeless. Destined to just keep repeating the cycle for the rest of my life.

But little did I know that it was never about the stuff that I thought I should be doing. It wasn’t about the diets, or the workouts or the supplements or the trainers or the procedures.

It was focusing more on me and how I really felt about my body so that I could create a better relationship with my body, food, movement and myself.

Fast forward to today as I sit here sharing my story with you, I can say without a shadow of a doubt that there is so much more to who you are than how you look.

And I know that may sound irrelevant based on the society that we live in. I’m not here to try and pretend like our society doesn’t glorify appearances, but I am here to teach you how to be confident as f*ck in how you look and who you are.

That is something that took me a long, long time to figure out. And that is exactly why it is my mission to be here for you and make sure that you don’t spend years frustrated, confused and lonely wondering why nothing is working and not knowing where to go.

You’re here now. I will teach you where to go next. And I will be right there with you ever step of the way.

So more specifically, here’s a breakdown of each week:
Week 1: Baseline & Possibility
This week I’m going to teach you a couple of things.
First of all, grace so that you can objectively look at the current state of life without judgement.
Next I will teach you some reverse engineering. Where is it that you want to be? Is there a number you want to see on the scale? A certain image you want to look like?
What steps are needed in order to get you there?
And where are you currently?
This is so we have a clear picture of things to take into consideration and what focus on over the next 11 weeks so that you can get to where you want to be.
Week 2: The Toxicity of “Should”: Observing Our Narrative + How-To Rewrite It
Week 2 focuses on the why behind what you think about what you should look like, dress like, the foods you should eat, the workouts you should do, etc.
We will also look at how you came to think those things and why it is toxic.

Once you know all of that, I am going to teach you why your internal narrative is so important- AND how-to rewrite yours.

Week 3: Who Am I?: How-to Find Yourself
Everyone tells you to, “Just do you!” but no one tells you how to figure out who that person is.
So that is exactly what I am teaching you here.
You’re going to learn things about yourself that you didn’t know- and since you’ve already learned and been practicing grace those learnings are welcomed with open and loving arms.
This is to understand what’s important to you. Why is having that #dreambody so important to you? What will happen once your appearance is what you want it to be?
Once you understand this practice, this is something you can return to again and again to get more in touch with who you are as you evolve as a person.
Week 4: Beyond the Bath Bombs: What Self-love Really Looks Like + How-to Do It
Social media and marketers make self-love seem like a fun hashtag. And it can be!
But there’s so much more to it. Like accepting those parts of yourself that might not seem so lovable because guess what? They’re part of you too.
It’s important that you know what self love really means because self love really is true love- and that’s unconditional.
So this week we will be spending time tuning into what self love looks like for you- all parts included. Yes, even that part.
Week 5: Healthy Relationships
You are going to learn about healthy relationships not just with food, movement, experiences, other people and most importantly yourself.
A “relationship” is the experience you have with literally anything else. So it’s important to know how-to discern between the relationships that are serving you, and the ones that are sabotaging you.
So we are going to take a deep dive into how you feel about the foods you’re eating, the movements you’re doing and focus on creating new relationships that serve you.
 
Week 6: Boundaries
I think by now you probably know that boundaries are a good thing.
But why?
And how do you create them?
Then how do you enforce them?
What happens when you do enforce them?
I am going to teach you all of this and provide you with the tools you need to create healthy boundaries for you, AND tips on how-to navigate them when someone gives you pushback (which is SO key- and something SO many people don’t tell you how-to do).
This is necessary because when you start to feel differently about your body, you will start to act different. And people can feel some type of way about that (we will talk about the reasons why). So I want to make sure you are prepared and know exactly how to state what you need while doing no harm and yet taking no sh*t!
Week 7: Ways to Protect Yourself, Self Soothe and Heal
Beyond blocking their number, ordering a pizza and putting on a face mask- there’s so much more that goes into self protection, soothing and healing.
So I am dedicating an entire week to teaching you all the things you need to know when it comes to being your own body guard, doctor and mystic so that you can be well equipped to navigate whatEVER life decides to throw at you!
Why though? Because on this journey you are literally creating yourself. You are re-writing old scripts that have been playing in your head since you were born.
You are thinking about food and movement differently.
You are acting like you never have before.
You are literally becoming a different version of who you are.
And while you’re doing all that, at the end of the day some people are still just a$$holes. And that hurts! Especially when they are people we don’t expect it from. So here we talk about finding your formula for feeling better because you can’t expect others do to it for you, especially if you don’t know how to do it for yourself.
Week 8: Taking Up Space
Okay this is super important and super subconscious because we mimic what we see and we go with what we know.
So this week I am going to teach you about the things that have been keeping you small. Likkeee, literally making yourself smaller when someone sits down beside of you because you’re self-conscious of your size. Not saying what’s on your mind because you don’t want to draw attention to yourself. Mmhmm. That kind of stuff.
You will learn how the things that you aren’t even aware that you’re doing are keeping you in the repetitive cycle that you want to get TF out of.
Week 9: Your Story
Your story matters.
It’s a powerful thing to consider where you have been and where you are. It helps frame it in a different light, and reminds you of what a boss you are.
We’re going to do that this week, and you’re going to learn how-to share it in a way that is empowering and that you are comfortable with.
You never know how impactful your story is- and how impactful it can be. I am guiding you through this so that that you can be confident in speaking your truth, and so that those that need to hear it will.
Week 10: But Why Don’t You Like Me?: How-to Play Nice In The Sandbox
In Week 7 you learned how to self-protect, soothe and heal
Now that you know how to take care of yourself, this week I am going to teach you how-to navigate those situations where even though you are confident in who you are, some people are just going to be a dick.
And ain’t nobody got time for that.
So here you’ll learn:
  • How-to assess these situations
  • Techniques for communication and
  • Ways to move forward- both to continue a relationship and also if and when it’s time to end it.
Week 11: Creating Balance
You have learned a lot.
And oh yea, you’re still living your life.
Which can get crazy at times.
This week I am going to teach you about balance: How to figure out what that looks like for you and how-to cultivate it in your life between the movement, the foods, the self care, the social calendar, work, and everything else!
Week 12: Now What?: Next Steps Next For Walking Into Your Future, Unapologetic AF
You did it!
And I want to make sure you have everything you need to be successful moving forward.
We are going to reflect on where you were, look at where you are, and talk about the best practices for you moving forward to ensure you maintain your momentum and body confidence- all while giving zero effs about what anyone else may think.
Because you should NEVER apologize for the confident and body loving person that you are becoming.

FAQ

Will this help me lose weight?

Probably. But as you know by now, what you need goes beyond a meal plan or workout routine. We do NOT focus on calorie restriction or some specific type of diet, nor do we focus on a structured workout. 

What we DO focus on is how you feel about your body, food, movement and yourself and why. As I will explain in the program, the way in which you feel about food and movement impacts how your body processes it. And while yea, eating Twinkies every day isn’t going to equate to abs, having one on occasion isn’t the end of the world. 

I say, “probably” because when you give yourself and your body permission to do what it will, it allows the space for things to happen without the guilt and pressure of it not happening. And what we really focus on is why does the weight matter anyway?

So absolutely no guarantees that you’ll lose weight, but at the same time you are going to evolve so much I doubt that will even care at the end of our 12 weeks together.

Is a workout included?

Yes and no. We talk about finding the movement that is right for you and create a schedule for moving regularly- but it’s not a plan with specific movements and reps. 

Are results guaranteed? 

I know you want me to tell you that after 12 weeks the stars will align and all will be right in your world but alas, I don’t know that. 
What I do know is what is possible with my coaching. I have seen and heard feedback beyond what I could have ever have hoped for when I started this journey of life coaching.
  • People have used techniques they have learned in this program to navigate experiences that previously gave them a panic attack
  • They have lost weight
